Dr. Habil Mariana-Dana Damaceanu is Senior Researcher and Head of Electroactive Polymers and Plasmochemistry Laboratory at “Petru Poni’ Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry from Iasi, Romania. Dr. Damaceanu received the PhD in Chemistry in 2005 at the Romanian Academy. Before, she was a PhD fellow in the frame of the FP5 project RTN-EUROFET at Bicocca University and CNR-ISMAC, Milan-Italy. Also, she was PostDoc fellow in the frame of POSDRU Postdoctoral Fellowships Programme “Cristofor I. Simionescu” and FP7-REGPOT-2010-1 project – STREAM. Dr. Damaceanu was often Visiting Researcher in research institutes from Hungary, Russia, Poland and Germany. Since 2016, she supervises PhD students and PostDoc researchers. Dr. Damaceanu has developed a rich scientific activity in the field of organic/polymer materials for electronics, optoelectronics, and energy-related applications. With more than 110 ISI published articles, the H index (WOS) is 25. Her scientific activity had as impact the winning of the “Nicolae Teclu” Award of the Romanian Academy and the National Science and Art Foundation Award.
